Just south of the national park boundary, the Fort Klamath Meadows company has made application for a permit from the federal waterpower commis sion, through the district engineer's office of-the U. S. forest service. The company proposes a flume along the right bank one and one-half miles long. The proposed power will be used on 27,000 acres of reclaimed and irri gated laud for use as light and power at mills and residences.
