the glands. Some elands secrete di
gestive juices, while ethers excrete
wait products. If they fail to prop
erly function, waste products accu
mulate. A a result, nature strives to cast
off the poisons. It may be through
' the skin in the form of some skin dis
order, but It is not infrequent fer it
to settle in the muscles and joints
and cause rheumatism. .

The Tire with the Wider and Thicker Tread
You're Entitled to This
When you buy a tire you're enti
tled to get every last mile out of it.
But you know this, if the tread
wears out in the first five or six
thousand miles, it's dollars to
doughnuts that the tire won't last
much longer.
It's the rubber tread of your tire
that insures you full mileage.
The Gates Super-Tread Tire with
its wider and thicker tread has al
ready proven this fact to more than
200,000 motorists.
