yTED'FOTl'D CTaTC TOIBUCT, 'RrRDFORT?, OkEGON. FftTDAY, OOTOBfift 14, 392T EXPECT OLSEN TO MANN'S -THE BEST GOODS FOR THE PRICE, NO MATTER WHAT THE PRICE MANN'S Thor Olsen will arrive tomorrow for )ilB match next Frliluy nluht at the Nat with Ted Thyo. and the winner will meet the winner of the Hand Miller match at (iold Hill next Tues day, October J 8th. These two con tests will give valley wrestling fans two good, riproaring houts in seven days, with more in prospect. Pupils of Charles Melrose will rIvc exhibitions of wrestling before the main event of the show at the Nat, nnd they will illustrate the holds that are. barred. The main event will start at nine o'clock. Melrose will act as referee. He Is a wrestler himself, and knows the frame, so there will bo no aftermath discussion of what the referee should have done. The Hand-.MIller match tit Gold Hill next Tuesday is attracting con Kldenble attention in points outside of southern Oregon, as Hand has been under the tutelage of Ted Thye for the last week, and has had all the rough and amateurish edges knocked off his wrestling by that master. Thye believes that Hand can throw Miller, who Is the middleweight champion, and If ho does ho will be able to stop working for the Southern l'ni'lfie and tlevoto all his time to the mat game. Oold Hill and adjacent country has started to boll over the match, and a record crowd will be on hand to see the match, which will be a humdinger.
