Mr. Hanson will make his homo here and expects to build on his new property in the near future. Mrs. Alfred llowman and two chil dren went to Ashland Monday to camp for a few weeks and attend llie diau tauqua. f Mr. and Mrs. Win. Thompson and laughters and Mr. and Mrs. Clyde rtichmond and Miss Wilda were din ner guests at the W. K. Parker homo Sunday. Mrs. H. II. Clarke and son returned home Sunday arter a five weeks visit with her parents at Siwkauc, Wash. Mr. and Mrs. F. C. Alberts and son of Mcdrord were Sunday callers at the W. H. Harris resilience. The Willow Springs Fourth of July picnic has been called irt as so many of this district wish to attend the celebration at Ashland. A. V. Carlson, the llowman family and a number of others attended the Scandinavian picnic at tirants Pass last Sunday. Itoland lyrkholz and Ralph Klden were Invited to camp with tho Y. M. C. A. boys this week and left early Tuesday morning to join the hikers at Jlcdford. Mrs. J. S. Miner was quite ill tho first of the week but is improving. j..r. Minor is also on trie sick list. Mrs. Ft. W. Nichols gave a delightful afternoon party last Thursday. The ladles enjoyed a soclnl time and a merry guessing contest. Mrs. Thomp son was the lucky one and won a handsome picture of Crater Lake as a prize. Mrs. II. W.
