DEFY GOVT. ORDER
Dl'HLIN, April 20. Physicians of
this city, regardless of politics, have
Ignored the order of the government
military authorities to report at
once the arrival In hospitals of per
sons suffering from gunshot wounds.
Thus far no proceedings have been
taken against them.
The order was intended to aid the
military in Identifying their attack
ers, many of whom escape though
wounded.
, Physicians resent the military man
dam because, they declare, it would
require them to break faith with
their patients, thus violating n rule
of professional ethics. They say
that If tho order were obeyed many
wounded persons, voifld go without
medical attention.

CREAM ki
A BUSINESS can sometimes get to going on PROMISES, but it can keep going only on RESULTS- We know
that it is the desire of substantially all of the SOUTHERN OREGON butter consumers to give their loyal support
to their HOME INSTITUTIONS, but we want to impress upon you the necessity and importance of making it your
business to accept NONE but such products as are manufactured in SOUTHERN OREGON. If your Grocer or
your dealer be disloyal to the home industries, it is natu rally to your own interest to insist upon home products.
MILK CONSUMERS: . .,V
Since the inauguration of pasteurized milk in Medford we have mads it possible for residents of this community to
obtain a high class product, free from disease germs which SOME MILK MAY CONTAIN. Our milk is regularly
tested and we aim to put out a high-class article, pure and rich in butter fat content. We invite trial and compari
son witk others. Medford consumers ktve been placed on a par with other larger communities.
WE ALSO MAKE ICE CREAM
Always enjoyable and admittedly Healthful,
make it from PASTEURIZED CREATH,
Buy it by the quart, brick or gallon. It's always the best because we

that much closer margin, and accordingly benefit the cream producer to that extent. Our cream trucks pay cash
for poultry and eggs and we shall be pleased to be favored by you in this branch of our business.
In conjunction with the creamery business,
WE MANUFACTURE FRUIT BEVERAGES; WHISTLE, GRAPLO, A-PORTER
and all the familiar brands of SODA water. Please bear i n mind nothing could be relished more keenly, any day
in the year than WHISTLE, GRAPLO and A PORTER -three of the finest fruit drinks bottled for home use; com
monly known by us as the "BLOOMING GOOD DRINKS."
Our delivery service is most efficient, and any applications from new patrons shall be gratefully received and
served in the same courteous manner as the numerous patrons at present on our milk routes.
