Whether or not to hold a recall elec
tion ugnliiBt several state officials
with Non-Partisan league endorse
ments, including Governor Lynn J.
Krazler and whether to initiate a num
ber of laws which would effect the
Btatc owned properties, will be decided
by the convention of anti-non-uartl-
sane, which will open a two-day ses
sion hero this afternoon. Sentiment
among delegates arriving early seem
ed to be divided on the question of a
recall In June or later in the year,
probably early in the fall.
"Realization during the last few
weeks that North Dukota will be un
nblo to finance the planting of a crop
this spring because bankers of the
twin cities and the east refuse to han
dle North Dakota paper under present
conditions. Is swinging sentiment in
favor of a recall,'' according to E. L.
Klchter of the Independent Voters as
sociation, which isopposed to the
Non-I'artlsan league.

ment, Illchter saiilwould make the
bonds of the Hank of North Dakota
the direct obligations of the state,
rather than of the various individual
state-owned industries as at present.
Such a change, he added, probably

carry two counts. One count charges
that Lovett was murdered by au ut

was committed with a deadly weapon
unknown to the grand Jury.

shot and killed himself In the execu
tive office of the San Francisco Hul

proprietor, was established here today.
Identification was mado by a travel
ing companion of Murray's and by It.
