"Listen Lester" presented at tho
Tage last night was a very good show,
with a good sl.ed house, and a liberal
display of shaiiely shanks and lureful
lingerie. 7t had no plot worth men
tioning, and was replete with tuneful
music, augmonted by a male quartette
with a powerful bass.
Therd were four comedians the
best being Fred Holder find Delano
Dell, who contorted unexpected and
grotesquely. Mr. Francis X. Donegal!
did the heavy acting as the lover,
and missed no opportunity to show u
Bet of the whitest teeth ever Been in
tills section.
Tho cast was well balanced, and
Miss June Roberts was delightful with
a couple of songs and a difficult dance.
MIsb Roberts also did some high and
fanny kicking. ;
The chorus was well trnlned and
good looking and 'good singers. They
showed up to the best advantage In
an ensemble near the finish of the
second act to represent the nations
f the earth and some states. There
were four Native Sons present, as
that many persoiiB applauded when
"'California" majestically strodo down
stage.
It was one of the best shows Been
in Medford in hinny moons, and there
was not a vacant scat In tho front
rows.

John J. Hylan appointed a snow-removal
