The general public is invited to th cilv park .Saturday afternoon at " o'clock when the school children will appear as milk fairies in a pageant. In addition to this irrogramme talks have been given in all the schools and motion picture houses are showin: educational slides and window dis plays are on view in the Chamber of Commerce, Paul's Klectric Store and the Toggery. The Commercial Club will give a luncheon Saturday which will be an event of note. The Farm Bureau is preparing an 'exhibit of feeds to show what a cow eats while manufacturing a gallon of milk. The exhibit shown bv tho Commer cial Club is prepared bv the Oregon Dairy Council, arranged bv Dr. 1). W. Mack, Dairy Inspector of Portland. and it shows the mineral content of milk. Portland is planning to pattern after Medford in the fall and put on some of these milk features when the the Parent-Teacher association moels there. That Grants Pass will hold a big Fourth of July celebration was decid ed on at the chamber of commerce meeting of that city yesterday noon.
