Just before the soldiers' and workmen's session adjourned. 30 soldiers created a sensation bv invading- the meeting room and demanding that the dele sates immediately vote to disarm and disqualify nil officers and to place all authority in the hands of the sol diers' and workmen's councils. Their appearance caused a ercat uprond in the hall.
