PARCELS T0.TR00PS The local Red Cross has received the following Instructions regarding the sending of Christmas packages to troops overseas, making Important changes In rule and extending mail ing time to November CO. The new order follows: "The war and postoffiee depart ments will Issue an order today, No vember 15th, extending the mailing date for Christmas parcels thra No vember 30th. This means that par cels may be mailed up to the timq that your local postoffiee will receive mail on Nov. 30th. "Provisions for boys whose labels not received. An individual, who should have received a label hut who failed to receive it or who has lost or destroyed it, may receive carton not earlier than November 21st upon signing a statement at any Red Cross Christmas parcel station substantial ly as follows: "The undersigned hereby makes application to (Name), (Organiza tion) American Expeditionary Forces a Christmas package. The under signed hereby declares that he or she is nearest living relative In the Unit ed States of the proposed recipient; that he or she has not received this man's label from abroad; and that should such label be received It will not be used; and that to the best of his or her knowledge and belief only one Christmas parcel will be sent the proposed recipient. ' The following regulations will govern the sending of these parcels aad should he strictly followed: "1. No carton can be given on such a request uptil November 21st. 2.
