Normal school workers are making a vigorous campaign prciiminnrv to the I'cncral election in November. The movement here is in common with like efforts being made bv Maker. La Grande, nnd Pendleton in behalf of their respective localities, all ot which have raised $2,500 each to boost the movement along legitimate lines, and Ashland is following suit with enthusiasm, a systematic can vass being in progress throughout the county generally and this ci'v in particular.
