T I'ictUi'es(ue scenes and thrillini; in cidents of New York's yreat under world tire set forth vividly and real istically in the photoplay feature which is to be presented nt the Iti alto tonight und tomorrow matinee anil night. The picture is entitle "A Ho innnce of the Underworld" and stars Catherine Culvert, known ns "The Lady Hcnutiful of the Screen." Miss Culvert was the girl wile of the late' Paul Armstrong-, one of America's most famous playwrights. The pic ture is an adaptation of his most popular drama, "A Huiuance of the rnderworld," in which she was fen- ! lured. In the picture she is support -ihy un all star cast, iiicluilinj; David Powell, Eugene O'liricn, Edwin Fors bcif; und Sybil Carmen. This thrilling: six-reeler is iu real ity an expose of the drujj und opium traffic. It tells a gripping" story of love, crime and intrigue. It shows conditions in their true light, so that popular sentiment may he aroused against them. , It is an all-New-York picture and offers n wonderful opportunity of instruction for those unfamiliar with the chariicters und scenes of the underworld of the great luetaropolis. . , AT PAGE TONIGHT Any person who lias traveled throughout this counlry, will nt once recognize the hotel life in certain lo calities where the jack-of-all-tradcs man of the hotel is the dominant spir it, as shown in Rescue (Fatly) Ar huckle's newest comedy, "The Hell Hoy," which will he presented at Ihe Cage theater today and Saturday. It remains for Mr. Arhuckle, the chief funmukcr in this enjoyable I'ura-mount-Arbuckle comedy, to portray some of tbe laughable characteristics of n, combination bell boy, wailer, burlier, elevator operator, general utility man and sunrey oilier things usually eiiciiunt""".! in such on en vironinent. On the same hill is Billie liurkc in "Let's (let n Divorce." The story of this splendid picture play lias to do with a convent girl in southern France, whose romantic soul prompts her to indulge in harm less flirtations; She weds a student, but when lie settle.; down to a hum drum marital existence, the romance in her nature ngain asserts itself. She meets another man whom she thinks she loves and begs her husband to divorce her in. order that she may wed again. This provokes numerous complications, und in the sceues thai ensue, comedy, pathos nml heart ap pealing moments, are blended with highly satisfactory results.
