loved and respected for her many

Her husband, J. L: Scott, died in
Medford in 1900, mid since then Mrs.

son, S. L. Scott, at Albany, until

ed her, July 21, 1917. She was. of
the sturdy stock of 177G, and both
her grandfathers served through the
war of 1812 in Virginia and tho
Cnrolinas. Mrs. W. P., Wctheroll of
this city 'is one of sovcral grandchil
dren, and to her and the other ela-

munity goes out in their grief.

Corning, Cal., on "The Educational
Side of Foreign Missions," and Miss
