Last night two good roads meet ings were held, ono nt Central Point and one at Jacksonville. Both meet ings drew only fair crowds. At Cen tral Point the meeting was presided over by Con Leever nnd speeches were made by Mayor C. E. Gates, Porter Neff, and 11. L. Walthers. At Jacksonville the principal speech was made by V. 11. Gore who delivered a very convincing talk on the necessity ot passing tho good roads bill nt the election Monday. After hla nddress Mr. Gore answered a number of ques tions.
