According (o Mr. Westerjund's letter, the road meet ing will be held there on May 16 and 17. it was also stated by Mr. Wester lund that the members of the Ore gon Hotel Association will spend .May 18 In Itoseburg, while on the following day they will hold their an nual meeting in Medford. This as sociation is composed of some of the best known, and most Influential men In Oregon, and special features will probably be provided for their j entertainment here. Mr. Westerlund also said that quite a number of Jackson county people Intended to visit tho carnival in order that thoy might become better acquainted with tho people of this vicinity. Mr. Wes terlund, as well as many other Jack son county citizens, are also arrang ing to como hero to attend the good roads meeting which will be held here on March 28. There will be a number of men of statewide promi nence In attendance at this meeting, including the members of the state highway commission, Governor Wllliycombe and other state officials.
