Dry I Am" Governor Brough signed
the Arkansas "bono dry" bill at the
annual dinner of the Little Rock
board of commerce tonight. All state

lature were guests at the dinner.
Express companies were rushed to
day delivering orders of liquor. One
local telegraph company reported It
handled Son telegrams from Little
Rock residents ordering liquor yes
terday.
