The bonds issued under the provisions of this ordinance shall be paid in gold coin of the United States of America anil may be ls Bued in denominations of not less than fifty ($50) dollars or more than one thousand ($1000) dollars, and tho warrants issued under the provis ions of this ordinance shall bo paid in like manner or by applying same as payment for millage tax levied by the city to pay for Interest and re demption of warrants. And the bonds shall be sold and warrants disbursed according to the method prescribed by paragraph (d) of Section 140 of the Charter of the Citv of Medford.
