the meeting being held a day earlier
on account of the Thanksgiving pro
gram at the school house. A very
pleasant afternoon was spent with
sewing, until 3 o'clock, when a de
licious chicken dinner was served.

vere injuries by falling under a log
ging truck he was driving succombed
to pneumonia Monday evening and
died at the Sacred Heart hospital.
The remains were taken to Myrtle
Point, Ore., his former home.
