the cause.
. Pastor Russell complained of feel
ing ill soon after leaving Los Ange
les and gradually grew worse. Death
came while the train was stopped at
rau.no, TCx., near here. The body Is
being sent to Kansas City, Mo., on the
train on which the inlnlstersdied.

charging J. H. Van Koolbcrgen who
had been named as having furnished I
the government with information re-1
gnrding llopp's alleged activities, with
having a bad record In Holland. The
affidavit was filed in support of the
petition of Bopp and his co-defendants
to have the case which was set
for November 10. continued.
Hopp, in his affidavit included a
report on Van Koolbergen by tho
chief of police of Amsterdam and
wanted time to obtain a certified copy
of a court order which, ho said, would
show that Van Koolbergen had been
sentenced In 190:1 10 three years Im
prisonment for extortion.
