The basic allegation is thnt tin defendants conspired to keep non-un ion articles, and articles nmiiiifaetur ed mtMilc Chicago, from coming inti the city. It was expected that inont of the defendants would surrender oluiitiirily. There arc one hundred of them eighticn labor leaders, forty ono em ployers and forty one firms headed by theso employers. hightccn officials of labor unions 82 contractors or contracting firm- and two alleged trusts were named in the indictments. Tho supposition now advanced Is that tho robber rode to Rogue Rlrcr In Hall's auto, and that ho was car ried to safety by the grey Quick Hall saw speeding toward Roguo River, flvo or ten minutes before tho crime. Tho plans of entrance and exit were planned with tho same caro as tho crime. Hall thinks the robber es caped on tho S. P. train through Roguo River at 3:15 o'clock.
