I'nder the assumption from all re ports that many of tho nearby towns were not going to do anything along this lino on the coming fourth n was thought that Talent with her bunch of energetic business men, cen tral location nnd fine large grove could have a rousing celebration. Talent will be amply able to en tertnln the largest mass of rcople over gathered together In the lloguo river valley and she most heartily welcomes all who do not celebrate at homo to como here. Tho program has as jet not been fixed but three of the ablest citizens nro at work on It and tho results will soon bo pub lished. There will be something for every one to see nnd enjoy.
