MOOSE CELEBRATE LARGE INITIATION Moose of southern Oregon cele brated Friday night in grand style with n parade, banquet, dance and initiation of 130 new candidates nt the Nnt. Over 700 Moose from Gold Hill, Grants Pass, Ashland, Hoseburg and other points were in attendance and the festivities lasted until n late hour this morning, when the three special trains that brought the visit ors returned home. It was ono of the moht successful lodge affairs ever held in southern Oregon. The feature of the parade was nil electric lighted Moo-e head. Itny Hunch has sold his barber shop to John Hciter, and the former will move to Medford, while Mr. Iteiter will move into the Armstrong house vncated by Mr. Hunch. Mrs. W. A. Jones of Hos Lane spent n few hours with Jacksonville friends Tuesday. Mr. and Mrs. Powers of Ashland were guests of Mrs. Charles Prim ono day this week.
