Queen Victoria, attended by the ladles of her court will receive the guests and those who do not caro to danco or to drcs in fancy costume will appear beforo her Royal High ness In evening gowns or full dress as tho caso may be. Card, tables will be- found on tho meizanlna floor by those who do not dance. Thcro aro a number of books at tbj library giving suggestions for fancy dress costumes which may bo found very helpful.
