Its courts arc busy issuing perpetual injunctions against the payment of debts honestly incurred, the mate rial for which has been received and used. The action comes as an aftermath of the unsuccessful fight waged against County .Judge Worden because of his road building proclivities. The money was spent in road construction and for road equipment, because the people demanded roads, and there was no other way to secure them, under Oregon laws. That the expenditures were approved by the taxpav ers and tno people was conclusive! v lieinonst rated wnen by an overwhelming majority the people refused to recall AYorden. Neither Klamath county nor any other county can afford to repudiate its just debts. It is the worst thing (hat a county can do. 'and hind.er and retard development. It is the poorest adver tisement that ever came out of Klamath county. The instigators are not acting in good faith to save tax'es the amount involved to individuals is infinitismal. To outsiders it looks like spitework, ami such knockers ought to be forced to leave for the country's good.
