Taft headquarters here today pre dicted that withlu three weeks, pos sibly two, Taft will lvavo enough delegates pledged to Insure his nomi nation on the first ballot in tho na tional republican convention at Chi cago. The Taft forces claim to have 274 delegates already. 539 are neces sary to nominate. During the last week tho Taft men garnered 131 delegates and nest week they expect 40 more. Tho following week they expect to get tho remainder of the 539 necessary to nominate. The Taft campaign managers pre dict that the radical progressives of Nebraska will divide between Roose velt and La Follette and that Taft has a good chance to win there.
