Alaska exports today argue that fol lowing United States District Judg( Hanford's decision yesterday in the Alaska coal case sweeps away nil limitations on the entry or manner ot entry of coal claims of Alaska, ex cept as expressly prohibited in the law 11)04. The theory that the local er must take up claims for his own use is swept aside. In allowing plural entries the de cision practically admits that dum inics may be used legally.
