Nowland was arrested by three

end, whero ho was found lying on
tho sidewalk. As tho mnn weighs
312 pounds, it took eight men to lift
him into the patrol. Upon tho nr

be made to nccommodate tho big
herder. He was given a cell to him
self and two mattresses instead of
the usual one.
