Pacific company very kindly gave n
considerable quantity of thoir crude
locomotive fuel oil from thoir tanks
at Ashland, Or., to the growers for
experimental use. It wns found,
however, that since this oil contains
a considerable quantity of water, due
to tlie tact tliat it is piipiucd troin i
