San Francisco— The sale to Japanese owners o f the American steamer Rob ert Dollar was announced here by the Dollar Steamship company. It was said that the price was in excess o f $1,000,000. The Robert Dollar was built in 1911 in Glasgow at a coat o f $250,000. She was placed under the American flag at the outbreak o f the war.
