The B ulletin had prepared
an article on the need of re-stock­
ing Mosier Creek with trout and
the putting in of a fish ladder at.,
the falls. We had prepared this,
article with much care, intend-1
ing to send a copy of the paper
to the Fish Warden; hut un­
known to us, our efforts had been ;
anticipated by our enterprising'
townsman, Wm. Vogt, who had
taken the matter up personal-;
ly, some time ago, with Fish
Warden McAllister and Governor
Benson. Mr. Vogt has just re-
