I LEXINGTON SCHOOLS Lexington public school will com mence Monday, September the 9th., with R. B. Wilcox, Principal; H. Mc Coraiick, Grammar jpom; Miss Grace Cole, Intermediate room; Miss Clara Vaughn, Primary room. Mr. Mc Cormick, one of the new teachers, comes well recommended as a scholar and gentleman The past year he taught the Strawberry school. Miss Vaughn, of Portland who takes charge of the primary room, is a graduate of the Newberg Normal and has nad several years of primary work so is well fitted for the position. There is nothing to be said-about Miss Cole and Mr. Wilcox for "their good work last year speaks "for them.
