Cities soliciting
feedback on Umatilla
River Trails project
HERMISTON HERALD
A series of community
workshops will solicit input
on plans for the Umatilla
River Trails project.
West Umatilla County
cities are planning to build
a series of recreational trails
along the Umatilla River

The trails would connect
approximately 25 miles of
river, providing access for
walking, running, cycling,
horseback riding, kayak-
ing and more. Plans also
include opportunities to
highlight cultural, histor-
ical and natural resources
along the trail.
Each workshop will
begin at 5 p.m., with a
presentation starting at
5:30 p.m. and opportunity
to ask questions and give
