Derek, the Tin Man, said his costume took him about an hour to make, out of cardboard, duct tape and spray paint. He is joined by Shaelah (scarecrow) Laurie (the Wicked Witch of the West), Acelyn (Dorothy), and Landon (Lion). 8) Vivian, 8, and Carolyn Follett, 10, dressed up to trick or treat on Hermiston’s Main Street. 9) Dawn Samson and her grandchildren, Tayla, 5, and Callum, 3, hand out candy to trick-or-treaters.
