Deborah Lynn Hayes Hermiston March 13, 1953 - October 14, 2017 Deborah Lynn Hayes, 64, of Hermiston passed away with her family by her side on Saturday, October 14, 2017. Deborah was born March 13, 1953, in Haworth, Oklaho- ma, the daughter of Walter and Sylvia (Young) Laney. As a child, her fami- ly moved to Sweet Home, Oregon, Hayes where Deborah at- tended school and graduat- ed from Sweet Home High School in the class of 1971. She married Dennis Hayes in Sweet Home, Or- egon, on Oct. 9, 1976. The couple lived in Sweet Home for many years until mov- ing to Hermiston in 1999. Deborah loved the trees and mountains of western Oregon. She enjoyed camp- ing, fishing and spending time with her family, espe- cially the grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Dennis of Hermis- ton; daughter Kath- leen Hayes of Herm- iston; sisters Brenda, Patricia and Peggy; brother Troy; grand- children Ashley, Brandon and Austin; and great-grandchil- dren Andrea, JJ, Branson and Sophia.
