loved
spending time with
her husband and
best friend of 38
years, Mike Briggs.
She loved bowl-
ing and had just
became president Briggs
of her women’s
league. She also enjoyed
her beautiful flowers,
watching hummingbirds,
playing cards and of
course her three dogs (fur
babies).
Nancy is survived by
her husband of 38 years,
Mike Briggs; her step-
dad Earl Langley; chil-
dren Linn Edwards, Julie
Edwards-Arellano
and
Crystal (Briggs) Flana-
gan and spouse Sean Fla-
nagan; siblings Sherrie
James-McArthur,
Joe James, Jerry
James and Billy
James; step-sister
Tammy Allen and
foster sister Ma-
tillda Pierre; eight
grandchildren and
two great-grand-
children; and sev-
eral aunts, uncles and
cousins.
She was preceded in
death by her father, Byron
James, and mother Bon-
nie Langley.

has also participated in volleyball, basketball and track
and exemplifies a true student athlete. Nancy also
participates in T.A.G., National Honor Society and Key
Club where she volunteers to complete many service
projects. Next year, Nancy is planning on attending
Blue Mountain Community College and completing her
associates degree.

Bertha is survived by her

tor, Orlando, Priscilla and
Elizabeth (Lisa). Preceded in
death by her husband Frank
who passed on September
17, 2013, and her eldest son
Rene who passed in 1976.
Bertha has 15 wonderful
grandchildren and 10 amaz-
ing great-grandchildren.

tain Community College,
taking business class for

Linda was united in
marriage to James Robert
“Bob” McRae on Sep-
tember 7, 1968, in Irri-
gon, Oregon. They lived
in Corvallis, Oregon,
Concrete,
Washington,
Superior, Montana, and
again in Corvallis before
settling in Eureka, Cali-
fornia, for 30 years.
She was a graphic
designer at Humboldt
State University in Na-
tive American Studies for
many years. They moved
to Hermiston, Oregon,
in 2007 where they have
lived since.
She enjoyed garden-
ing, flowers, bowling, her
dogs and traveling. Linda
was a loving wife, mom,
grandma, sister, aunt and
