Bad Company, in 1974. Rather than standard guitar tuning, this song uses Open C tuning, C-C- G-C-E-C. 5. “It’s Getting Better,” by Mama Cass Elliot in 1969. With far too many songs describ- ing the sadness of broken hearts and love gone wrong, this refreshing song describes what is right about an easy love that takes its time to grow.
