WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 10, 2016 This is Blake, an adult male Terrier mix. He came to the shelter as a local stray. Shelter staff say he is very friendly and does well with children and other animals. He is current on all vaccinations and is el- igible for a free veterinary examination. He can be adopted for $150 at the Humane Society of Eastern Oregon Pet Rescue, and there is $50 refund if he is neutered within 60 days of adoption.
