WEDNESDAY, JULY 13, 2016 police by an anonymous caller. 1:16 p.m. - A Hermiston-area man reported someone hacked his Facebook account and posted fake photos of him and want him to pay money. 13:48 p.m. - The tenant that left a home on Diagonal Road, Hermiston, also left behind three goats. 6:27 p.m. - A man living on Mi- chaels Lane, Hermiston, reported someone just blew his mailbox to pieces with an explosion powerful enough to rock the house. Nothing was on fire, he said, and he saw no one around the mailbox before or after the explosion. 7:50 p.m. - A caller told the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office his neighbors on Wagon Wheel Loop, Irrigon, were shooting guns in the direction of another neighbor’s house. A deputy talked to the suspect and found a different resident to the east was setting off fireworks. 8:43 p.m. - A woman reported her purse was stolen out of her shopping cart at Fiesta Foods, Hermiston, while she was loading her groceries, and asked for police contact. 11:53 p.m. - A bartender at Mid- way Tavern, Hermiston, reported a male started a verbal altercation with two others inside the bar and then began running around in the road on Highway 395. He had been at the bar for about 5-6 hours, had about 3 beers and had been playing pool, but she didn’t know his name. The other bartender was keeping an eye on him. 11:59 p.m. - A woman said she heard a fight at one of the entrances to Sundial Apartments, 1650 W. Sunland Ave., Hermiston, but couldn’t see anything. WEDNESDAY 3:04 a.m. - A Hermiston woman on Northwest 12th Street reported a burglar came through the back window and stole $500 in change sometime between 5 p.m. and 2 a.m. 6:56 a.m. -Someone stole an 8-foot-by-12-foot metal frame and chassis for a flatbed trailer from Fenders By Enders, 1845 N. First Place, Hermiston. 11:03 a.m. - An administrator at the Guardian Angel Homes assisted living facility in Hermiston reported one resident punched another in the stomach, but no medical treatment was needed. 11:13 a.m. - A woman asked for an officer to come discipline a disrespectful child at Sunset Park in Hermiston. She said it was not her child, but the child’s mother was also at the park. 11:40 a.m. - Stanfield police re- ceived a report about a delusional man knocking around a cat in a pet carrier on South Main Street. 11:59 a.m. - A Hermiston woman reported a neighbor is constantly yelling at her and her kids when they are outside playing at their home on East Wilshire Avenue. She wanted an officer to come to the house. At 12:03 p.m. on nearby North- east Third Street, a woman reported a 12-year-old boy comes to her house and yells profanities and that he is not afraid of her. That woman also requested contact. 12:53 p.m. - A big dog locked inside a Red Kia in the Hermiston Big 5 parking lot was reported to HERMISTONHERALD.COM • A7 RECORDS TUESDAY 1:52 p.m. - A mail carrier asked for a welfare check for a man on West Hermiston Avenue because his mail is piling up. 5:54 p.m. - Two “kids” looked like they were trying to get into vehicles in the Safeway parking lot, according to a caller, and were walking across Highway 395 on North Fourth Street. At 6:24 p.m. a man reported his car had been stolen after it was parked there since 8 a.m. 6:37 p.m. - Scammers trapped another local victim. A Stan- field woman reported two men pretending to be “Capt. Holloway and Lt. Doyle” with the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office scammed her out of more than $900. The sheriff’s office has no such captain or lieutenant. 8:48 p.m. - A woman on Northwest 11th Street, Hermiston, reported she found a possible pipe bomb in her mailbox and moved the item into her house. 9 p.m. - A resident on Chukar Circle, Umatilla, complained about the neighbor’s pit bull dog always at large. ARREST, CITATIONS SUNDAY •Stanfield police arrested Jor- dan Thomas Johnston, 23, address not provided, on three counts of felony unauthorized entry of motor vehicle after a resident of South Main Street reported both of his cars broken into at 11:38 p.m. SATURDAY FRIDAY •Oregon State Police cited and released Rolando Garcia Madrigal, 18, Milton-Freewater, for duii-con- trolled substance (marijuana) and failure to carry/present operator’s license. •Pendleton police arrested Katrina Marie Bass, 29, address not provided, for possession of methamphetamine, interfering with a peace officer, resisting arrest and theft of lost/mislaid property. The Morrow County Sheriff’s office arrested Patricia Hurd-Pard- ee, 30, address not provided, for first-degree assault, a felony, and misdemeanor menacing and lodged her at the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, after she threatened another woman with a knife at the Irrigon Shell Station, 300 S.E. Highway 730. •Umatilla Tribal Police arrested Joel Malcom Salt, 26, address not provided, for domestic abuse and assault. •Umatilla Tribal Police also arrested Candace Marie Allen, 30, address nor provided, for duii (alcohol). •Pendleton police arrested John Kevin Collins, 56, address not provided, for duii (alcohol). •Oregon State Police arrested Lynette Ann McMillion, 28, address not provided, for driving under the influence of a controlled substance (marijuana). •Pilot Rock police arrested Gregory Maurice Deboer, 54, ad- dress not provided, after a woman reported he threw an ax at her and hit her hand on West Main Street, Pilot Rock. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, on a charge of second-degree assault. •Pendleton police arrested Elizabeth Anne Malik, 45, address not provided, on charges of attempted murder and attempted second-degree assault. •The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Juan Rodriguez Pacheco, 45, address not provided, for possession of metham- phetamine and second-degree disorderly conduct. •Hermiston police arrested April Mae Buatista, 38, address not provided, for felon in possession of a weapon, second-degree use of stun gun/treated gas/mace and second-degree disorderly conduct. •Hermiston police arrested April Mae Bautista, 38, of Umatilla, for second-degree disorderly con- duct, second-degree unlawful use of an electrical stun gun, tear gas or mace, and felon in possession of a weapon. THURSDAY •Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Rigoberto Tena Rosales, 22, of Hermiston, for two counts of second-degree trespass and two of first-degree possession of a forged instrument. •An Oregon State Police trooper at 6:57 p.m. stopped a westbound silver Mercedes LL on Interstate 84 near milepost 214 for going 106 mph. The trooper found the driver, Erik Honan Christian, 46, of Seattle, was wanted on a Washington County warrant and arrested him. •Boardman police arrested Logan Roy McMahon, 23, no address provided, at Lynard’s Spud Cellar, 102 Boardman Ave. N.E., Boardman, for second-degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and misuse of 9-1-1.
