Shelter staff say he is 3 to 6 years old and is outgoing and friendly, but does not do well with cats. He is current on all vaccinations and is eligible for a free veterinary examination. He can be adopted for $175 at the Humane Society of Eastern Oregon Pet Rescue, and there is $50 refund if neutered within 60 days of adoption.
