Mr. Zimmerman’s interest was purchased from him in the early 1950’s. Zimmerman & Company then became a partnership between Lee Sawalish and his son, Robert. In the middle 80’s, Robert Sawalish, the surviving partner formed a corporatio n, and son Jim Naughton and daughter-in-law Judy Naughton along with their son Jim, later became stock holders and partners in Zimmerman & Compa ny, Inc. Four generations of the same family have operated this firm since 1939.
