• Someone reportedly stole a large
concrete flower pot outside a business on
Northwest Second Street.
• A male was reportedly passed out in
the lobby of a business on North First Street.
• Laminate flooring was reportedly
stolen from an unlocked outbuilding on
East Newport Avenue.
• The back window of a vehicle was
reportedly broken out on Westland Road.
• Dogs reportedly attacked chickens on
East Theater Lane.
• A female in a white Ford Taurus
reportedly threw a small Chihuahua out of
the vehicle at a business on South Highway
395 in Stanfield and drove away.
• A caller reported a male pushed
and assaulted him when the male was
confronted about issuing a bad check on
Highway 730 in Umatilla.
SUNDAY, JULY 19
• A caller reported 50 or more people
were fighting at the Hermiston Conference
Center on South Highway 395.
• A caller reported an older male was
masturbating in a red pickup in a store
parking lot on South Highway 395.
• A window was reportedly broken out
of a vacant house on East Gladys Avenue.
• A dark brown Buick with tinted
windows reportedly kept driving by a
residence on Northwest Stockton Street and
sometimes stopped to take pictures.
• A male was reportedly living in
Hodge Park on West Highland Avenue.
• An officer reported hearing a loud
cannon on South Highway 395.
• A vehicle reportedly traveled through
Hermiston at speeds faster than 100 miles
per hour and crashed on North Highway
395 in Umatilla.
• A caller reported a male was yelling
and running around in his underwear at the
Stanfield rest area on Interstate 84.
SATURDAY, JULY 18
• A caller reported about five people
entered a vacant residence on West Linda
Avenue.
• Four males were reportedly fighting
on East Beech Avenue.
• A caller reported she was in a physical
fight with her husband who would not let
her leave the residence on West Ridgeway
Avenue.
• Mail was reportedly stolen on Third
Street in Umatilla.
• A caller reported hearing about seven
gunshots on Sixth Street in Umatilla.
• A caller reported fireworks started a
small brush fire at Umatilla Marina Park on
Quincy Avenue.
• A green Saturn reportedly struck a
female on Seventh Street in Umatilla and
drove away swerving. The female was
conscious and breathing.
FRIDAY, JULY 17
• Two girls with flashlights were
reportedly looking into houses on West
Hermiston Avenue.
• Two males reportedly stole an 18-
pack of beer on West Highland Avenue.
• A woman in a red van was reportedly
assaulting her son with a fly swatter and a
piece of wood at Butte Park on Northwest
Seventh Street.
• A caller reported a silver pickup has
been driving slowly past her residence on
Northwest 12th Place while her children
were outside.
• A group of males were reportedly
throwing beer bottles on Third Street in
Umatilla.
• A vehicle was reportedly stolen on
Klickitat Street in Umatilla.
• A caller reported a drunk female
kicked in the door of a residence and
threatened to shoot the caller on Seventh
Street in Umatilla.
THURSDAY, JULY 16
• A male reported he believed his
wife’s ex from 14 years ago picked her up
from Good Shepherd Medical Center on
Northwest 11th Street against her will.
• A caller reported someone broke into
his pickup and stole the keys on East Main
Street about two weeks ago.
• A wallet was reportedly stolen from a
vehicle on North First Street.
• Four males were reportedly fighting
on Northwest 11th Street.

• A caller reported someone in a
dark-colored, four-door car was going
through mailboxes on Diagonal Road.
• On East Opal Court, a caller requested
to speak with an officer about options to
keep his wife’s mother from continually
stopping by.

• A robbery was reported on South
Highway 395.
• Someone reportedly stole and used a
credit card on West Oak Avenue.
• Graffiti was reported on a garbage
can and street sign on Southwest 23rd
Street.
• A caller reported two juvenile boys were
beating a black pit bull on East Beebe Avenue.
• Gunshots were reportedly heard at
