SUNDAY, JULY 19 • A caller reported 50 or more people were fighting at the Hermiston Conference Center on South Highway 395. • A caller reported an older male was masturbating in a red pickup in a store parking lot on South Highway 395. • A window was reportedly broken out of a vacant house on East Gladys Avenue. • A dark brown Buick with tinted windows reportedly kept driving by a residence on Northwest Stockton Street and sometimes stopped to take pictures. • A male was reportedly living in Hodge Park on West Highland Avenue. • An officer reported hearing a loud cannon on South Highway 395. • A vehicle reportedly traveled through Hermiston at speeds faster than 100 miles per hour and crashed on North Highway 395 in Umatilla. • A caller reported a male was yelling and running around in his underwear at the Stanfield rest area on Interstate 84.
