NOTICE OF HEARING Notice is hereby given that the State of Oregon, by and through its State Highway Commission, did, on the 17th day of May, 1944. file with the Board of Directors of the West land Irrigation District, a Petition, praying that the following described lands in Umatilla County, State of Oregon, be excluded from the bounda ries of the Westland Irrigation Dis trict. to-wit: A parcel of land lying in the Southeast quarter (SE 1 ) of Section 34, Twp. 4 North, Range 28 East, W. M..
