Erwin Null, treasurer, read the names of the students as the pins were presented. Torch Honor adviser, Miss Thomas, assisted the students. Membership in Torch Honor So ciety is determined by students’ schol astic records and their participation in extra-curricular activities. The pin is a symbol for good scholarship and fellowship among students. Members are interested in maintaining high standards in our school. Students’ last year’s records determine this year’s membership, and students are reminded at this time that in order to receive pins next year they must con tinue to hold creditable ratings. Wearers of Torch Honor pins are sincerely interested in having their classmates also achieve good scholastic standing.
