Woolley are spending this week at Wallowa Lake. Mr. Woolley is on vacation as man ager of the Umatilla Electric Cooper ative association. L. J. Michieli, who was recently quite seriously burned when he came into contact with a power line, was released from the Hermiston General hospital Wednesday. Mr. Michieli has been undergoing treatments for the past week for burns to his hands and foot. Although they were quite pain ful no serious complications have re sulted. He is now about on crutches. Mrs. C. L. Hodge underwent a ma jor operation in St. Anthony’s hospi tal in Pendleton Wednesday morning. Mr. Hodge stated the next day that the operation was a success and that Mrs. Hodge was in fine condition.
