Tom Fraser and Gale Felthouse
went to Pendleton last Monday to be
sworn in the air corps reserve.
Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Coxen were
accompanied home Sunday from Pen
dleton by Mrs. Coxen who underwent
a minor operation there last week.
Jim Todd returned Monday from
Portland where he attended the
American Legion convention there.
Ed Bensel was mail carrier during
his absence.
Wyne Cassidy, son of Mr. and
Mrs. M. P. Cassidy who has been on
furlough visiting here for the past
month, left for San Francisco Wed
nesday morning where he will be in
the Air Corp.
Mrs. A. M. Smith, who fell and
broke her leg early last week, is re
ported as very much improved and is
able to have visitors.
