They drove to Pendleton to take in the Round-up Saturday. A group went from the high school to Arlington Friday to see the foot- ball game there. Four cars of young people went to Umatilla Sunday evening to hear D. Brown talk and to help organize the C. E. there. Among those who drove to Pen dleton to see the parade and Round- up Friday were: Mr. Walpole. Mar vin and Delbert : Mardel Graham, Ruth Kunze, Mr. and Mrs. Robert- son, Dale Ford and Mr. and Mrs. Ransier and Erma Skovbo. Mrs. O. M. Miller is visiting friends here this week. A. meeting of the year was held at the school house Friday evening. There was a short program of talks by Mr. Corwin and Mr. Forrest and singing by the grade and high school glee elubs.
