In 1933 I introduced the old age pension and put it over i i the house at $50.00 a month, and 65 years of age. The Senate cut it to $30.00 a month and 70 years of age. It was not enough and I am fighting for more. I introduced and put over the Elk bill. I introduced the dog racing bill with the under standing that Umatilla county would get a cut. How much have we received? $20,719.47, and it has not cost the taxpayers one cent. I had the farmers’ truck license reduced one- half and made it possible for any member of a fam ily to haul the other agriculture products without additional truck license cost, and they could haul 55 loads for neighbors without additional license cost. I introduced and put over the Junior College bill. Tbeoe strte«ent» are public reoord» ami can be checked-—THEY ARE NOT MOT AIR!
