A tour of the Hermiston Commu­
nity park will be made Sunday
morning, March 28th, starting at
10:00 o’clock from the Oregon Hard­
ware & Implement Co. store. The
tour was inaugurated primarily to
permit local citizens and other in­
terested parties to see just what has
been done on the local project. Also
to secure suggestions and criticisms
which will be welcomed by the park
board.
An appropriation of 312,000 to
complete the project was recently
made by the WPA and the work is
being carried on to complete the
work this spring.
The tour was planned by local ci-
tizens to permit a survey.
