iness visitor at the Tom Wilson
home Thursday.
Mr. and Mrs. Dale Wells have
moved to Pendleton where Mr. Wells
is employed.
L. W. Dixson spent several days
in Port Angeles visiting his father

Mrs. H. Hooker, daughter Nellie
and Mrs. Lou Hooker, were business
visitors in Walla Walla Saturday.
Loren Caldwell of Meacham, Ore.,
and Catel J. Caldwell of The Dalles
visited at the home of their sister,
Mrs. Bob Woodward, over the week
end.
Word was received here Sunday
of the death of Mrs. D. Barnes of El­
gin, Ore., at Tillamook. Mr. and
Mrs. Barnes lived here several years
when Mr. Barnes was caretaker at
the depot. Mrs. Barnes has been in
poor health for a number of years.
Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Eddy made a
trip to Pendleton Saturday.
